Arugula & Pear Salad with Goat Cheese

INGREDIENTS
Arugula
Pear
Goat Cheese
Walnuts
Cranberries
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Mustard
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Wash your arugula and put aside to drain.
STEP 2: Wash and dice the pear and put aside. Chop walnuts to desired size or leave as is.
STEP 3: Prepare the vinaigrette: whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, black pepper, and sea salt. *Tip* Make vinaigrette in a jar that way you can pop on a lid and save any leftovers (and most importantly eliminate one extra dish to wash)
STEP 4: Get a big bowl and mix the arugula, pears, walnuts, goat cheese, and cranberries together.
STEP 5: Add dressing incrementally and continue to mix. *Tip* Only add dressing to the bowl if you plan on eating all of the salad. Soggy leftover salad is rarely a good time.
STEP 6: Add any extra toppings and garnish with black pepper.
STEP 7: Eat and enjoy!
