Oven Baked Sweet Potato

INGREDIENTS
Sweet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Butter
Parsley
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
STEP 2: Wash and scrub sweet potatoes.
STEP 3: Poke holes in them using a fork.
STEP 4: Drizzle olive oil on the potatoes. Sprinkle salt on top.
STEP 5: Rub it in with your hands. Remember to breathe.
STEP 6: Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
STEP 7: Put the wrapped potatoes on a baking tray and place in the oven.
STEP 8: Bake until the potatoes are tender.
STEP 9: Remove from oven and let cool for a moment.
STEP 10: Slice open without cutting all the way through the potato.
STEP 11: Season with sea salt and black pepper. Add butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
STEP 12: Eat and enjoy!
