BBQ Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS
Boneless Chicken Thighs
BBQ Sauce
Ketchup
Pepper Sauce
Garlic
Thyme
Black Pepper
Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Wash and clean the chicken.
STEP 2: Peel garlic and mince.
STEP 3: Put the chicken in a bowl and add BBQ sauce, ketchup, pepper sauce, minced garlic, fresh thyme, black pepper, chicken seasoning, and sea salt.
STEP 4: Mix together well, cover the bowl, and let it marinate, ideally overnight in the fridge.
STEP 5: Let meat come to room temperature.
STEP 6: Turn on BBQ.
STEP 7: Once the grill is hot, arrange chicken thighs evenly. Close the lid and let cook.
STEP 8: Flip the chicken thighs and add BBQ sauce.
STEP 9: Flip the chicken thighs again and add more BBQ sauce.
STEP 10: Remove from the grill, and if you're like me, add even more BBQ sauce.
STEP 11: Eat and enjoy!
