Oven Baked BBQ Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS
Pork Ribs
BBQ Sauce
Ketchup
Soya Sauce
Pepper Sauce
Yellow Onions
Garlic
Black Pepper
Seasoning Salt
Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Wash and clean the ribs.
STEP 2: Peel garlic and mince. Slice onions in big pieces.
STEP 3: Put the ribs in a bowl and add BBQ sauce, ketchup, soya sauce, pepper sauce, onions, garlic, black pepper, seasoning salt, and sea salt.
STEP 4: Mix together well, cover the bowl, and let it marinate, ideally overnight in the fridge.
STEP 5: Let meat come to room temperature.
STEP 6: Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 7: Put marinated ribs in an oven safe container and bake covered with aluminum foil for 2 hours or so.
STEP 8: Check on them about halfway, add more BBQ sauce, and give them a flip before covering the dish with foil again.
STEP 9: Remove aluminum foil, add more BBQ sauce, and turn the oven to broil so that the sauce can caramelize. *Tip* Watch carefully so that it doesn't burn! Alternatively finish the ribs on the BBQ for an even more delicious flavour.
STEP 10: If you're like me, add even more BBQ sauce.
STEP 11: Eat and enjoy!
