Quinoa Salad

INGREDIENTS
Cooked Quinoa
Rice Vinegar
Avocado
White Onions
Tomato
Cilantro
Parsley
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Prepare the vegetables and herbs. Wash and dice tomatoes, white onions, avocado, cilantro, and parsley. *Tip* Cucumber would be a great addition especially as the weather heats up.
STEP 2: Put the cooked quinoa in a bowl. *Tip* Leftover quinoa is perfect for this. Add all of the vegetables and herbs to the bowl.
STEP 3: Season with sea salt and black pepper. Drizzle rice vinegar on top.
STEP 4: Mix together gently so that you don't mash the avocados and tomatoes (unless of course you like it like that!
STEP 5: Eat and enjoy!
